Laetitia Gordon-Furse founded Lupa in 2018, creating a company with the mission to improve the emotional intelligence of our workplaces and personal lives, without the pink and fluffy.

Laetitia's background is in Organisational Change, having started out at one of the 'Big-4' Consulting firms. She spent her time there across Major Defence Government Departments, UK-wide Infrastructure Organisations and Local Councils, before leaving to build departments in Social Enterprises and drive global change and deployment in International NGOs.

Laetitia holds an MSc in International Business, a BA Hons, Myers-Briggs practitioner. Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and PRINCE II professional qualifications. 

Laetitia has a passion for languages, music, political history, satire and psychology.
